Cramahe Library Community Survey!

Cramahe Township Public Library wishes to undertake a strategic planning initiative with staff and Library Board in the near future.   We can’t do this without YOU, our community.   We welcome your opinions and observations and we would be very grateful if you would complete the survey below.

Completing the survey should take 5 - 15 minutes.  Respondents completing the entire survey will be entered into a draw for a $25 VISA gift card.

Please note that providing contact information IS optional.  If you do not enter your name and email address you will not be entered into the draw.   To complete the survey online, you must enter your email address.  If you do not wish to submit your name and email, please visit Colborne or Castleton Library for a paper copy to fill out.
One (1) submission per resident (16 years or older) is permitted.
