Have you ever wanted to learn to play a ukulele? Classes are free, with instruction by David Hayes & Wendy Bellan (from the band Cederail!) All ages are welcome! Feel free to borrow one of our ukuleles or bring your own! Workshops will return Saturday,September 16th, 2017.

Seniors 1-on-1 Tech Program
Starting Tuesday, September 26th Cramahe Library is offering free 1-on-1 tech lessons for seniors on Tuesdays and Fridays. Learn computer, internet and social media basics! Bring your own tablet/laptop or borrow one from the library! Individual lessons are 4 hours over 2 weeks. Please contact the library to register as space is limited.

Special Library News
Our Cramahe Council has granted permission for our Library Board to apply for a Trillium Grant this October (2017). The purpose of this grant is to expand the physical space of Colborne Library. For more information click here!
Traditional Rural Handicraft Workshops
The Salem Valley Quilters and Cramahe Library are offering free Traditional Rural Handicraft Workshops on sewing, quilting, hooking and knitting for kids, teens, adults and seniors! Join us Saturdays, Sept 30-Nov 4 from 11am-1pm @ the Keeler Centre. Please contact the library to register!

Farm Animal Photo Competition
Do you know any farm animals? To celebrate being a rural library we are having a Farm Animal Photo Competition.
Hand in a photo (in-person or by email) with the animal's breed name and your contact details by October 21st.
Then visit the Library daily Nov 1st-20th to vote for your favourite photo. Winner to be announced Fri., Nov. 24th.
